What usage rights do I have for the media with my purchase?
With your purchase, residential real estate agents are granted permanent, non-transferable usage rights to the media produced by Horizon Hover. This allows you to use the media for your property listings, personal branding, and social media purposes. However, you are prohibited from selling, distributing, or transferring the media to third parties without our explicit written consent. Any interested third party must contact Horizon Hover for permission to use or acquire the media. Horizon Hover retains full copyright ownership of all produced media.
Can I transfer the media to another agent?
Transfer of media (including photos, videos, 3D tours, or any other content produced by Horizon Hover) to another agent requires authorization from Horizon Hover staff and the original agent.
Is Horizon Hover licensed to fly drones?
Photographers at Horizon Hover are mandated to hold FAA certification as drone pilots. They undergo initial FAA training to obtain their Part 107 certification, followed by comprehensive training at Horizon Hover to master safe drone operation and the art of capturing exceptional media.
What payments are accepted?
We suggest that the agent managing the account initiate payment for the project and then utilize a money transfer app such as Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle to collect funds from other parties involved in the transaction
How do I download the receipts?
We offer the convenience of sending receipts to you either via email or directly to your preferred phone number, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your needs.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If a shoot is canceled or rescheduled on the same day as the scheduled shoot, a fee will be incurred.
For shoots scheduled on a Monday, if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary and our office is closed the preceding day, please notify us via email, voicemail, or text message. The timestamp of your notification will determine whether a fee applies. As long as the email or voicemail is received by 11:59pm on the day before the shoot, no fee will be charged.
How do I receive all my media?
All forms of media will be conveniently delivered to your email address. Our preferred method for storing photography shoots, videos, and panoramas is through DropBox, ensuring secure and accessible storage. Additionally, the email will include links to your Virtual Tour for easy access and viewing
